The coffee buffet offered was a great way to start the day, and the comfortable bed made for a good night's sleep. The location near the beautiful park was a major plus, and we also enjoyed the affordable price.

The entrance to the hotel from the park side was really dark and felt unsafe, especially at night. The shared toilets were not clean and there were not enough for the number of guests.

I absolutely loved staying in this place! It is nestled right within a beautiful park, surrounded by lovely residential homes. There are two tube stations just a short distance away which made getting around the area really easy. Despite being in a prime spot, the hotel remained tranquil and quiet throughout my stay. The housekeeping did a great job in keeping the place clean and tidy. I really enjoyed unwinding in the terrace area, taking in the surroundings and sipping on coffee brewed on the electric kettle provided in my room. The staff were always on other shift, making it easy to do various things such as renting bicycles or getting help with tours and tickets.

I would recommend this venue to families.

This hotel is fantastic! We loved the cleanliness of the rooms and inside areas. The facilities were great - they had everything we needed, including a bar and common areas. The location was perfect - close to Kensington high street with lovely shops, and right next to a beautiful park that was great to walk through at night. The staff were really friendly and helpful too!

The private rooms were so comfortable and cozy, with large beds and tea/coffee provisions. The en suite was stocked with everything I needed, like towels and toiletries. It made my stay extra relaxing.

I personally found the policy of needing an adult over 18 in the same room for guests under 18 a bit strict. But I get it, safety first, right?

Friendly staff, quiet rooms, beautiful park location, good coffee, amazing bathroom.

The shared dormitories are ideal for those who need bigger group space for an event such as stag & hen parties or school trips. I had a fantastic time with my friends during our stay. It was like a never-ending sleepover, filled with laughter and unforgettable memories. We truly had the time of our lives.

The lack of an elevator.

Love the privacy of the beds with curtains, individual plugs, and lamps. Big toilets in 21-bed rooms. Nice common areas and fast Wi-Fi. Great location close to transport and facilities.

Felt so at home, nothing too much trouble.

The park setting was idyllic, with yoga sessions under the open sky and a lush green environment for unwinding and finding peace. The games room was a lively hub for socializing, hosting fun ping pong and snooker tournaments, adding a vibrant energy to the stay.

My wife says that it would be great to have more family-friendly activities or play areas for children, catering to families seeking a complete experience.

The location was excellent, with easy access to the underground and shops nearby. The hostel was set in a lovely park with plenty of green space to relax in. The common areas were clean and there was lots of room to move around. The bathrooms were well maintained and the room was comfortable with excellent facilities, including plenty of power sockets.

There were some issues with cleanliness in the shared spaces, with toilets not always being replenished and staff being unhelpful.

I loved the privacy curtains and individual lamps on each bunk bed - made the hostel feel more comfortable. The breakfast spread, at just £4, was great value for money. I'd definitely recommend Safestay Kensington, especially for its prime location close to Holland Park.

I keep coming back to this place because it suits me perfectly. The staff gave me great restaurant tips on my first stay. It has everything I need: Wi-Fi, electric kettle, bar, flat-screen TV, game room, children's play area. Ideal for my business trips.
